Rehasport Clinic Foundation was established in April 2012. Our prior goals are to help the sick, cover educational and sports scholarships, and undertake scientific research. Rehasport Clinic Foundation, in cooperation with the Polish Academy of Sciences, publishes the journal IRONS (www.irons.com.pl)
The inauguration of Rehasport Clinic Foundation charity campaign was held in cooperation with the Poznań Orphanage No.1, in Liberty Street. Children from the orphanage had designed special Easter cards which were handed out to patients and partners of Rehasport Clinic. In return, the children had received Christmas gifts and a large trampoline to exercise on.
The next stage of the Clinic’s cooperation with the Orphanage, in Poznan, were specialized posture examinations of children, carried out by medical personnel of Rehasport Clinic. An important factor of hope for successful recovery is an early diagnosis. According to national studies, 80 percent of children in Poland are experiencing posture defects, which means the problem is severe.
Rehasport Clinic Foundation has also taken care of a disabled man, named Peter, being in an unfortunate life situation. The Foundation has managed to provide him with a flat in Poznan and has hired him in the archive department. Peter has been treated free of charge by specialists of Rehasport Clinic for many years now.
Rehasport Clinic Foundation wouldn’t have been able to undertake numerous activities without your support, which we are grateful for.
