Dr Marek Stawniak is a medical doctor specialising in surgery and orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system.

In 1992, he started his postgraduate training at the Department of General Surgery of the J. Struś City Hospital in Poznań. In the following years, he continued his career in several private and public centres, gaining new competences and skills in orthopaedics and traumatology of musculoskeletal system. The orthopaedic surgeon from Poznan has been associated with Rehasport Clinic since 2005. In the meantime, he has completed numerous internships in Poland and abroad, including the Department of General Surgery, Free University Hospital, Amsterdam, the Netherlands and the Department of Plastic Surgery, Hospital Central de Asturias, Oviedo, Spain.

Dr Stawniak is a member of the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and the Polish Hand Surgery Society.

He devotes his free time to travelling and off-road vehicle rallies. He is passionate about history. 

Graduated from Karol Marcinkowski Pozań University of Medical Sciences Worked in the Department of Orthopaedics at the Wiktor Dega Clinical Hospital in Poznań in Poznań and at the Department of Orthopaedics of the Academic Clinical Hospital in Wrocław. He has taken part in many international courses, including in the UK, France, Germany, the US and Portugal.

Wojciech Jurasz specialises in the treatment of injuries related to the spine, including spinal pain, especially those difficult to diagnose, deformities (scoliosis, Scheuermann's disease), fractures, chiropractic, tumours, herniated discs, degeneration, spinal stenosis or spinal instability. He carries out operations in the field of deformity correction (scoliosis, excessive kyphosis), vertebral column repositioning, fracture stabilisation, vertebroplasty (also in cancer cases), removal of herniated intervertebral discs, decompression of the spinal canal, injection of intervertebral joints and spinal nerves in cases of pain syndromes, as well as treatment of chiropractic.

Outside the hospital, orthopaedic surgeon Wojciech Jurasz is an active cyclist, duathlete and triathlete - regularly competing in amateur events.

Graduated from Medical University of Gdańsk. Paweł Rybak - for 6 years he worked as an assistant in the Provincial Trauma and Orthopaedic Department of the M. Kopernik Pomeranian Traumatology Centre. in Gdańsk. Since 2012 he has been associated with the Gdansk branch of Rehasport.

Paweł Rybak specialises in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system with a focus on the knee, ankle and shoulder joints. His passion is sport, especially kitesurfing and road cycling. 

Marta Ślęzak graduated from the Faculty of Medicine I of the Medical University in Cracow. in Poznań. She is a specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, which she gained in the Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital named after the founder of the hospital. of Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań. Her areas of interest include medical issues related to orthopaedic conditions and upper limb injuries.

Marta Slezak gained her experience at the Centre für Muskuloskeletale Chirurgie, Charité in Berlin. At the same time, he is gaining recognition in the scientific world with numerous congress presentations and publications. She has an open doctoral thesis entitled. "Polish cultural adaptation and validation of questionnaires used in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder diseases", whose supervisor is prof.. Przemysław Lubiatowski.

Marta Ślęzak provides didactic activity in the field of Orthopaedics for medical students of the Medical University in Poznań. Additionally, he appoints the position of managing editor of the journal Practical Orthopaedics and Traumatology.

Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Poznan. Specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology of the locomotor system.

Special interests: Sports medicine, sports injuries, arthroscopy of the knee and ankle joint: cruciate ligament reconstruction, meniscus injuries, cartilage injuries, ankle ligaments, Achilles tendon injuries.

Before entering medical school, he worked for a year as a paramedic at the Orthopedic Clinic in Poznan under Prof. Degi. He received his medical degree from the Medical Faculty of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 1968. In 1969, he started working at the Regional Hospital in Konin in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology. He completed his specialty training at the Department of Orthopedics in Konin at the Orthopedic Clinic of the IOR in Poznan, the Municipal Orthopedic Hospital in Poznan, the Provincial Hospital for Traumatic Surgery in Piekary Slaskie and the Orthopedic Clinics of the CMKP, the Orthopedic Institute in Dawos. He received his specialization in Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery in 1977. Since January 1978, deputy head of WSZ in Konin, and from 1995 to 2016, head of WSZ in Konin. He spent 2 years as an assistant at the Orthopedic Clinic of the Medical Academy in Wroclaw under the direction of Prof. Dr. Gerwazy Swiderski. He was head of the Provincial Medical Staff Development Center in Konin.

As a long-time chairman of WOODKAM, he organized many specialty training courses for nursing and medical staff, many scientific conferences, conventions of doctors of the Konin area and national conventions. As part of orthopedic meetings, he organized several PTO away conferences in Konin, the Hand Surgery Convention, the National 50th Anniversary of Orthopedics Convention in Konin, 28 Orthopedic Days.

As president and then chairman of the SANUS Foundation, he acquired a lot of modern equipment for the WSZ in Konin. Since 1995, he has introduced many modern methods for surgical treatment in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, modernized the department and equipped it with modern operating equipment. He was the initiator of the use of the Thermoablation method for the treatment of cancer metastases to the bone, as an aid to tumor destruction. He systematically supplemented his knowledge and trained several specialists in Orthopedic Surgery.

Dariusz Surman gained his professional experience in the Department of Allergology and Clinical Immunology CM UMK, 2nd Department of Cardiology CM UMK and in the Cardiology Department of St. St. Adalbert’s Hospital in Gdansk Zaspa since 2009 and is currently a senior assistant. Since 2014 he has been associated with the Gdansk branch of Rehasport as a consultant and general practitioner.

He is a member of the Association of Cardiovascular Interventions of the Polish Cardiac Society, the Rhythm Section of the Polish Cardiac Society, the European Society of Cardiology, and the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovasular Interventions. He also cooperates with the sports club Lechia Gdańsk.

Dariusz Surman specialises in invasive cardiology, treating patients requiring interventional (coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty) as well as conservative treatment. Operator of implantable devices (pacemakers, cardioverter-defibrillators, CRT) and qualification for the implantation of these devices.

Graduate of the K. Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan. Passionate about the Ilizarov method and its derivatives. He also specializes in the treatment of congenital and acquired defects of the musculoskeletal system in children.

Bartosz Musielak is the author of about 20 publications and dozens of scientific presentations at national and international congresses.

An avid basketball player (vice-champion of Poland under 16 in 2001; as a player, he was promoted to the second league with the AZS Politechnika Poznańska team in 2007; two-time gold medalist, one-time bronze medalist of the Polish Academic Championships of Medical Universities in basketball; vice-champion of Poland's doctors in basketball in 2013; in 2010, elected Athlete of the Year of the Medical University of Poznan).
