MA Jakub słota

Graduate of the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław, named after Polish Olympians. For many years actively involved in sports, which earned him a Rector’s Scholarship for outstanding achievements. He specializes in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, functional training, and physiotherapy for adults and seniors. In his work, he prioritizes an individual approach and collaborative therapy, believing that the key to effective rehabilitation lies in the commitment of both the therapist and the patient. Thanks to his extensive background in combat sports, he has a deep understanding of the needs of physically active individuals, which allows him to effectively support recovery after injuries and overuse conditions.
