AWF Wrocław establishes cooperation with Rehasport

We are pleased to announce the commencement of cooperation between Rehasport and the Polish Olympians Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław. The agreement signed on November 7, 2025, opens up new opportunities in the areas of teaching, scientific research, and the development of modern teaching methods.

The Faculty of Physiotherapy at AWF Wrocław, which has been a scientific and teaching center in the field of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and cosmetology for many years, is of particular importance for this cooperation. It is from this faculty that experts, scientists, and practitioners who shape the standards of health care and rehabilitation in Poland come from.

The agreement provides for:

  • the implementation of joint scientific and research projects,
  • the organization of conferences, seminars, and promotional meetings,
  • support for the education of students in the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and cosmetology through professional internships and study visits.

The agreement also provides for the mutual promotion of the activities of both institutions and the participation of Rehasport experts in events organized by AWF Wrocław.

Witold Dudziński, MD, PhD, President of the Management Board of Rehasport Clinic:
“We are proud to be able to cooperate with such a renowned university as AWF Wrocław. Joint activities in the field of teaching and scientific research are an opportunity to develop innovative solutions in physiotherapy and sports medicine. Vice-Rector for Education, Dr. Krzysztof Pezdek, added:
“The signed agreement is an important step towards combining science with practice. Thanks to the cooperation with Rehasport, our students will have the opportunity to interact directly with the best specialists in the field of physiotherapy. We believe that joint initiatives will contribute to improving the quality of education and better preparing AWF Wrocław graduates for professional work.”

The event was also attended by Dr. Dagmara Chamela-Bilińska, Vice-Dean for Education, and Dr. Agnieszka Chwałczyńska, professor at AWF Wrocław, who emphasized that the cooperation with Rehasport is not only a prestigious partnership, but also a real opportunity to develop students' skills and apply the latest scientific achievements in clinical practice.
