A graduate of the Poznan Academy of Medical Sciences, where he also passed his doctoral dissertation. He has completed internships and specialized courses in the field of orthopedics and surgery of the shoulder, elbow and hand in orthopedic clinics in Austria, the United States and Great Britain. A specialist in orthopedics and traumatology. His research interests are focused on surgery of the shoulder, elbow and hand, arthroscopy of the shoulder, elbow and wrist arthroplasty of the shoulder, elbow, hand joints, studies on proprioception and biomechanics of the shoulder and sports medicine, and sports injuries. He is secretary of the Hand Surgery, Shoulder and Elbow Unit PTO. Piotr Ogrodowicz was an assistant in the Department of Traumatology, Orthopaedics and Hand Surgery at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, assistant in the Department of Orthopaedics at St . Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College London, doctor of Amica Wronki football team, doctor at the Polish Championships of Senior Taekwondo in 2010 and the Polish National Athletics Association team doctor – European Championships 2010. He is a member of the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Polish Society of Hand Surgery, Hand Surgery Unit of the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and the Elbow) . Piotr Ogrodowicz is a principal orthopedic consultant of the Polish Athletics Federation and a member of the Polish Mission Medical Olympic Committee.
