Piotr Pędzisz ortopedaPhD MD Piotr Pędzisz is an orthopedist. He specializes in treating motor organ diseases, including degenerative changes to hip, knee, shoulder joints as well as upper and lower limb injuries. He has a long-standing work experience gained in Polish and American clinics. He is an assistant and lecturer at the Department and Division of Orthopedics and Traumatology of I Medical Faculty of Medical University of Warsaw and English Division Medical Faculty of University of Warsaw. He is a grant holder of Kościuszko Foundation.

Surgeries:
– total hip and knee replacement
– revision of hip and knee replacement due to loosening or infection
– knee arthroscopy
– median nerve decompression in the carpal tunnel syndrome
– union of fractures in the area of limbs and bone adhesion surgeries
– reconstructions in case of bone and joint infections, as well as adhesion and infection and loss of soft tissue disorders
– supply of bone morphogenetic proteins, growth factors and stem cells

Education: PhD MD Piotr Pędzisz graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2002. From 2003 he worked at the Orthopedics Clinic of Medical University in Warsaw. In 2010 he was granted a title in the field of orthopedics and traumatology and in 2011 – became a doctor of medical sciences. In 2008 Piotr Pędzisz completed an internship in the USA (Hospital for Special Surgery, Insall Scott Kelly Institute). In 2009 he worked as a club doctor for KSP Polonia Warszawa. Since 2010 he has been a consultant for SP CSK hospital in Warsaw. Since 2008 he has also been a club doctor for one of the diver clubs in Warsaw.
