Is strength training in endurance sports necessary? Lecture by Mariusz Goliński

A few years ago we witnessed a massive interest in jogging, now a triathlon is becoming more and more popular but it requires versatility and good condition. On the one hand it means regular swimming, cycling and running practice, and on the other – broadening knowledge of a suitable regeneration, diet and supplementation. The details of such issues can be learned particularly in the autumn and winter when we cool down and prepare for another season.

As part of preparations for triathlon at the Ironman distance in 2017, F3Team is organizing the lecture given by the Professional Sport Department manager and physical education trainer in Rehasport Clinic – Mariusz Goliński.
