Rehasport Clinic as an official medical partner of the best football academy in Poland! Rehasport specialists will take care of young “Kolejorz” players, as well as educate footballers and their parents.
– We have been cooperating with Lech Poznań for many years but it is the first time we have decided to provide medical care to young players from Lech Poznań Academy – says MD PhD Witold Dudziński, the president of Rehasport Clinic. Kolejorz is known for perfect youth training, many of young players who started their career in this club now represent Poland in all age groups. We wish to share our knowledge of medicine, neurophysiology and dietetics with these young boys and their parents because it can facilitate their development in the future – he adds.
Rehasport Clinic will provide young sportsmen with care with regard to sports medicine, physiotherapy, biomechanics, physiology, dietetics and psychology. The clinic specialists will conduct trainings for Lech Poznań Academy physiotherapists and lectures for parents of young footballers who train in Kolejorz.
– Top medical care is one of the key elements in the process of training football players who are supposed to strengthen I team of Lech Poznań – says Piotr Sadowski, Academy’s managing director. – In “Kolejorz” we provide Polish best training. We know that step we have taken raises this professionalism. It is important that we demonstrate this professionalism on the football pitch and out of it – he adds.
As part of the agreement, t-shirts of the team in the Central Junior League will have Rehasport Clinic logo, starting from the upcoming match against FC Wrocław Academy. Additionally, in the facilities of Lech Poznań Academy in Wronki and Popowo it is planned to place advertising space that promotes cooperation, such as advertising boards and specially prepared net around training pitches.
Rehasport Clinic is the only Polish medical center which was granted “FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence”. We are one of a few dozen centers in the world only which received this sort of distinction from medical authorities of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA)
