Saturday’s qualifying bouts in Katowice will mark the beginning of the most notable women’s tennis tournament in our country – WTA Katowice Open. The big name of the event will be Agnieszka Radwańska, while its medical partner is going to be Rehasport Clinic.
Three Polish players will take part in the main tournament, which begins on Monday – Agnieszka and Urszula Radwańska and Magdalena Fręch. A number of other contestants, including Magdalena Linette, will be competing in Saturday’s and Sunday’s qualifications. The winner will be known on Sunday, April 12. The front-runner is Agnieszka Radwańska, who is ninth in the world ranking.
Rehasport Clinic is a medical partner of the tournament and the main physician of the event will be dr Jakub Stefaniak.
